Gutter Cleaning & Repair CONTRACT:
**Please Read All Terms & Conditions Below Before Submitting Your Information**
Notice: ANY HOLDER OF THIS CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND DEFENSES WHICH THE DEBTOR COULD ASSERT AGAINST THE SELLER OF GOODS AND SERVICES OBTAINED PURSUANT HERE OR WITH THE PROCEEDS HEREOF, RECOVERY HEREUNDER BY THE DEBTOR SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY THE DEBTOR HEREUNDER.ANY REFERENCE TO “THE COMPANY” IN THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE CONSTITUTED TO MEAN THE COMPANY.
TERMS: NET CHECK/CASH UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN AGREEMENT. THE UNDERSIGNED REPRESENTS THAT (HE IS) (SHE IS) (THEY ARE) THE (OWNER) (OWNERS) OR (RESPONSIBLE PARTY) OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS CONTRACT. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE ENTIRE CONTRACT IS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT NO OTHER AGREEMENT OR UNDERSTANDING, VERBAL OR WRITTEN, SHALL BE BINDING ON THE COMPANY, AND THAT THIS CONTRACT BECOMES EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON WRITTEN ACCEPTANCE BY THE COMPANY AFTER WHICH THIS CONTRACT IS NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. THE COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN DAMAGES FOR DELAYS IN PERFORMANCE OF THIS CONTRACT DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL. WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION AND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE ARE PROVIDED BUT THE COMPANY AGREES TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY PAPERS OR FORMS TO ENABLE COMPANY TO OBTAIN PAYMENT FOR EQUIPMENT, LABOUR, AND MATERIALS WHICH WOULD BE INVOLVED IN PERTAINING TO THIS CONTRACT. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OCCURRED WHILE PERFORMING THIS WORK SUCH AS A COLLAPSING ROOF, ROTTEN WOOD, THE LANDSCAPING OR TRACKS MADE BY VEHICLES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED TO COPY OF CONTRACT AT THE TIME OF AFFIXING SIGNATURE.
TERMS: Balance due on the contract the same day work is completed. A bill will be mailed on the last day of the month work was performed and a fifteen day grace period is given to the customer by the company for the total balance due. After the fifteenth day of the following month a $40.00 late fee is added to the past due balance and every 15 days the balance is past due. In the event that the account of the buyer is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection whether or not suit is filed, the buyer agrees to pay attorney’s fees in the amount of 15 per cent of the amount due together with any other suit cost or costs of collection. It is further agreed that past due amounts are subjected to 1-1/2 per cent per month service charge (18 percent per annum) and that the buyer agrees to pay a service charge of $50.00 on each dishonored check and a $25 reprocessing fee on all denied credit cards.
RATES & PRICING:
The Company offers to do or arrange to have done only the items listed below at the rates listed below:
Clean leaves & debris from inside of gutters and blow off roof tops at the rates of:
$149.00 per single story residential home
$199.00 per 2 story residential home
$69.00 per each additional structure on the same property (sheds, detached garages, boathouse, etc.)
Small Gutter Repairs such as adjusting, caulking, re-nailing existing gutters etc. are billed at a rate of $90.00 per hour in fifteen minute increments, materials cost plus 10%
**LARGE GUTTER REPAIRS SUCH AS INSTALLING NEW GUTTERS OR GUTTER GUARDS REQUIRE AN ONSITE ESTIMATE AND CANNOT USE THIS CONTRACT.
